  Fantastic customer service by Adrian tonight. He made an ordinary, late night visit to Subway extraordinary. I tried his signature tuna melt and will definitely be back. Awesome!

  We went for lunch today and while eating the manager was telling off the worker the whole time. As I work in the restaurant industry I did say something about it. Never should a manager talk like that infront of costomers. It wasn't just how she said it it was also what was said. If there is a problem and something needs to be said take them in back or wait till there are no costomers.

  The food was fine, but while myself and 3 others were eating the manager on shift thought it was appropriate to discipline her team member in front of us all. How embarrassing for him. This manager was telling him all the complaints happen when he is on shift. This particular complaint was about mini cookies that were forgotten and how very disappointed the customer was . Why we all needed to witness her berate this poor kid is beyond me. My self and another person to the manager it very inappropriate to do that in the front of the store in front of customers. Perhaps management needs a refresher in employee relations!

  I went to this subway because I was starving, but had no clue what to actually get so I asked this AMAZING human of a worker what he usually gets, and got his order. It was a Tuna sandwich, although I am not the biggest fan of tuna itself, that was damn near the best sandwich I have ever had. + amazing costumer service from the one and only, ADRIAN!! He deserves a raise for having such a great attitude, it made my day and I wish the best for him. Ask Adrian for his order!

  Was help by Taran today. She did a fabulous job. Her customer service skills was excellent. Never met such a high skill person at any subway. she made sure that my order is well made, and she asked everything whatever I need in advance which really impressed me so I give five star to her and I also believe Taran be considered as employee of the month.
