  ⭐️ **1-Star Review** I was at this Subway with my friend and personally witnessed the way the team lead, Jeri, treated us. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made uncomfortable faces when we asked for extra ingredients that are normally allowed, and instead of simply assisting us, she kept suggesting her own ways of making the sandwich. The way she spoke to customers was disrespectful and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. I also noticed that the Subway wrap was not properly prepared with the white paper that is normally used for wrapping, which I believe is important for proper food handling and safety. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of who the customer is. I hope management looks into this situation and provides better training to staff.

  ⭐️ **1-Star Review** Very disappointing experience with **Jeri, the team lead**. She was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. She never greeted us and did not communicate with us respectfully. When I asked for some extra ingredients that are allowed at Subway, she made weird faces and responded in a very unpleasant, almost taunting manner. She also kept suggesting her own ways of making the sandwich without even asking what I wanted, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I also felt that her attitude toward us was discriminatory and came across as racist, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, the dining area was not cleaned properly and looked poorly maintained. She also did not place the white paper around the Subway wrap, which I consider an important food-handling and hygiene precaution. Overall, a very unpleasant experience with poor customer service and cleanliness concerns. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.

  I had a great experience today, Kamal provided excellent customer service, she was really polite and I was having the sandwich for lunch and on request she give all the sauces in separate containers for me. Thank you.

  Patrick deserves a raise!! MADE THE BEST SUBWAY SANDWICH I’VE EVER HAD!!!! I just wish they brought back the grill, panini pressed sandwiches are better
