  I don’t think I’ve ever felt this strongly about the management of a Subway before, but here we are. (Glenn) I think his name was. The manager at this location is PHENOMENAL. You can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about his customers, his staff, and the experience people have when they walk through the door. He’s welcoming, attentive, incredibly kind, and somehow manages to make grabbing a sandwich feel like you’re a regular at your favourite neighbourhood spot. It’s people like him who are the reason customers come back. Great service is one thing, but making people feel genuinely taken care of is another, and he absolutely nails it. The entire staff is wonderful, the atmosphere reflects great leadership, and whoever is above this man needs to know what they have. Give him the recognition, the bonus, the raise, the company car… whatever Subway is working with. 😂 Seriously, phenomenal manager, phenomenal staff, and exactly the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized. 10/10.

  Very very poor customer service, they do not listen at first. There is one specific girl who is always there and she has served me a couple times but she never listens and then when i say no she makes such a bad expression. She is also pissed and never looks like she wants to serve me. She discriminates, she served a white person infront me with smile and when it was my turn she was so mad like i asked for something that wasn’t available!! It was Thursday night around 10:30pm, August 6th

  Tanu provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, efficient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her service was fast, and she ensured everything was handled professionally. Highly recommend!

  I always have a great experience at this Subway, the food is always fresh, the service is great, and the staff are always friendly. A special shoutout to Ahmz, who is genuinely so kind and welcoming. She knows my order every single time I come in, and she always takes the time to have a conversation with me. It really makes the experience feel personal and shows how much she cares about the customers. Great food, great service and amazing people.

  Glen and Cade are the boys. They are always so awesome to chat with (if you get time) even when they are at their busiest they always give you the best service and make some of the best subs of all subways I've visited.
