  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The manager, whose name I believe is Seed, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic food safety standards. He was not wearing a hairnet and appeared to be using the same gloves while handling both non-vegetarian and vegetarian orders. As a vegetarian, I specifically requested that he change his gloves before preparing my food. Instead of addressing my concern respectfully, he raised his voice and stated that they “always make it this way” and that he was not going to keep changing gloves. This response was completely inappropriate and demonstrated a disregard for customer preferences and hygiene concerns. Throughout the interaction, he seemed more interested in laughing and chatting with coworkers than providing proper customer service. The entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and disappointing. I have video evidence of the incident and will be sharing it with the appropriate food safety authorities for review. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location and it has seriously affected my confidence in the brand as a whole.
