  I visited the Subway at today and had an amazing experience. Jasleen provided outstanding customer service and suggested the Hot Chicken Sandwich, which I absolutely loved. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my visit enjoyable. Her service was truly exceptional. The owner should be proud to have such an excellent staff member on the team. I will definitely be coming back!

  I visited this location for the first time, and I had a really great experience. Although there was a lineup in the store, Amar provided excellent customer service. She thanked me twice for waiting in line, which I truly appreciated. Her kindness and professionalism made my visit enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this location!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The female staff member behaved rudely while serving me, which made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, I found a short hair in my sandwich, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. I hope the management addresses both the staff’s behavior and food cleanliness to prevent this from happening again.

  Very disappointing customer service. On July 21, I came in to place a catering order for around 10 sandwiches for our sales meeting and politely asked if I could try a tiny piece of cheese before deciding. The manager refused. I even offered to pay for that small piece but he refused again. What was worse was the attitude—no effort to help, no smile, no interest in making a customer feel welcome. I said I would mention it to the manager, only to find out she was the manager, which made it even more disappointing. While my first experience with other staffs was good here, this second one with the manager was terrible. I left the place and went somewhere else. Customer service is about more than rigid rules—it’s about basic courtesy and hospitality, and that was completely missing here, something like that.
