  Today we were at Subway. It is 8:00 PM Friday, July 31 me and my son we were so hungry so we decided that we’ll go to the one subway that’s closer to our home on the way and we get there and we thought we’d get the $10 foot-long ones and the girl goes. Oh we don’t have any buns so you have to use wraps which was fine and she goes. You have two minutes on dining areas closed and also told us that we cannot sit at a bigger table because she just cleaned the table and I said to her I go I’d like to sit there she goes can you please sit on the smaller one and I didn’t say anything I just refused. I just put my stuff on the bigger table because me and my son like we needed a bigger table. We want to be comfortable to eat so we’re just getting our food we just started eating and then she goes. Our dining area is closed so can you please hurry up and we need to clean up and we just got our food so I thought that was kind of rude but we did take about half an hour to finish eating and then I said I want to use the washroom. She said sorry the wash washer is getting clean so it’s out of service. I did not have a good experience here and your store should be supplied with buns at all times like already two customers came in one. Man was upset because he couldn’t order what he came in for. I think you guys should have all the buns made. I understand that she’s only person there, but it wasn’t busy so the bun should be ready at all times like when a customer comes what are you doing all day like this makes sure store looks so bad bad bad. I definitely will never come back back with my son here here I think the Indian girl was very rude to us and and she saying fine. Dining area is closed. This is Subway. It’s not a fine dining restaurant. I have gone top-notch restaurants and I just was so hungry so I took it in a wrap. I didn’t like the way it was wrapped up all my lettuce all my veggies were coming out, but I was just starving so I took it. This is not the service that should be happening so I think the girl that was working at 8:00 PM shift on Friday, July 31 needs to be taught how to respect and talk to customers because she did this to another customer too that came in with her with his little child too she’s like the dining area is closed. I understand that you have protocols that the dining area is closed, but he had a I think two or three-year-old daughter you cannot be rushing us to eat. We’re already there. Where is your customer service ethics sorry to say she doesn’t have any so I definitely won’t be coming to the subway ever in my life again.

  It’s been two times that I went to this branch and always had an excuse about not having bread or the system not working. Both around 7PM - 8PM. It says open until 10PM, so as a client, what we expect is to be working or have the main ingredient (bread). Please improve the service

  The food was fresh and tasted great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the cold drinks in the fridge were not cold, and the ice machine was not working during my visit. Other than that, the overall experience was good. I appreciate the excellent service and quality of the food.
