  I placed a pickup order before 7:30am for 7:45am pickup. When I arrived at 7:45, the staff member only then checked my order and started preparing it. The vegetables were unevenly added, with some being very little and some too much. The sauces were also messy and came outside the wrapper. Overall, the order was not prepared properly and the experience was disappointing.

  Stopped in today (Sept 12) at 4am to get a sub. Worker made me wait 20 minutes while she cashed in her till. Then proceeded to start to make my sandwich without washing her hands. I said, don’t think you should be washing your hands after handling all that cash? She then inexplicably went back to cashing in the till for another 2 minutes. Then rinsed her hands lightly (no soap). And I bounced because there is just no way I’m putting my health in her filthy hands. Don’t believe me? Check your security cameras. I swear to god I waited 20 mins just to begin my sandwich.

  This Subway was far below other Subways I've eaten at. The location was dirty there was no clean tables. There was a pair of ladies shoes at a table but we were the only people in the store. The employee was obviously not listening - she had to ask us several times what we wanted eventhough we already told her. She did not want to be there. The lettuce was brown, the other ingredients were mediocre at best. Power bowls were very sparce with ingredients. Recommend Subway but not this location. Corner of Main St. and National Ave., Vancouver.

  Rude worker, made me uncomfortable and put wayyy too many jalapeños on my sandwich and wayyy too little cheese. Ridiculous. Gave no napkins until I went back and asked. Thanks staff named Ash. Also, no public washrooms!!!

  Very rude and abrupt service. Like they are miserable or don't want you there. They never used to be like that. The east Indian woman a few days ago was very rude and didn't listen and refused to toast the sub. The turban wearing guy today did. But it took effort even with a tip. This locations operators or owners should not have it. 100% recommend against it. They are lame. Last time today on August 26th. Worst service anywhere I've had in years.
