  the worker who served me just now was the stingiest subway workers i’ve ever come across. i asked for extra cucumber in my salad, and she gave me four slices total. asked for extra tomato on a sub, and she put one additional slice of tomato. i wouldn’t have minded so much if her portions were decent to begin with, but they were tiny. very disappointing, and makes it very much not worth the price. just go to a different subway 🤷‍♀️ i’m sure the worker was just doing her job as instructed. totally on management for the training they’re giving their workers.

  Had a bad experience today at 2pm, they didn’t even add enough portions of veggies. After asking an employee didn’t get a right response she said it depends on location . employee was rude and didn’t get good customer service

  Walked 10 minutes during my lunch break for what I thought would be a healthier option and ended up spending $15 on a disappointing sandwich. The bread was stale, the chicken teriyaki barely had enough sauce to have any taste, and the staff clearly don’t know how to make the sandwiches properly. The dressings and ingredients were not put together the way they should be, which made the whole sandwich taste off. I understand every business needs to make a profit, but the prices being charged should match the quality being served. Profit should never come at the cost of quality. Subway has clear freshness and food safety standards, including discarding bread that is no longer within its freshness window or at the end of its acceptable holding time. These standards should be properly followed instead of serving stale bread to customers. Very disappointing experience.
