  I visited this Subway late at night after a workout and ordered a sandwich. While my sandwich was being made, the credit card payment terminal stopped working. I offered to come back the next day to pay since I had no cash. I provided my name and phone number, but the owner then asked to see my credit card even though no payment could be processed. I declined for security reasons, and instead of accepting my offer to return, he kept the sandwich and the situation ended there. I understand a business owner wanting to protect themselves, but I felt the way this was handled showed a lack of trust toward a customer who was trying to do the right thing.

  It was a very hot day. Their fountain drink machine is currently out of order and employees have no idea when it will be fixed. Sandwiches were made fast and correctly. Bathroom and restaurant are clean and air conditioned.

  Worst experience it's about may 24th I went there to order there was a girl on closing shift and I asked her to make wrap she didn't suggest me anything even didn't about bread options disgusting. Even food was tasteless. I just wanna send this msg to owner that please check your schedule who was there and tell her how to deal customers.
