  My first 1* review. This is just a warning to other parents mostly. If you have a child that needs to use the bathroom you MUST buy something otherwise your child won’t be allowed to use the bathroom. Of course I bought a cookie because my kid needed to go but now that also gives me the entitlement of reviewing an unsympathetic and soulless business practice. Thanks for making sure that I will never step a foot in your business and will absolutely tell everyone I know about this so they know.

  The Subway on Thurlow Street apparently doesn’t need certain customers, because when I went to ask a question the Subway employee completely ignored me, so I walked out. 🤷‍♀️

  Best subway downtown with sub of the day offered and they are pet friendly. They also humbly don't prompt for tips even though they deserve it. Owner must be paying them decently. I never go to the other nearby subway along Alberni even though they r closer to me, because they r the opposite of all these positive points I jus mentioned. Thurlow subway all the way!

  Malwinder was so so so nice! Beautifully genuine customer service. I have been to this location couple of times. He keeps the surfaces clean - proper food handling 10/10! Recommend this place to everyone. Subway is definitely lucky to have him !!
