  Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order around 3:00 AM today. The order was confirmed and my payment was already processed, so I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived, the Subway location was completely closed. Later, I tried calling the store about 4–5 times to ask about my order and refund, but nobody answered the phone. If the store was closed, the online ordering system should not have accepted and charged me for the order in the first place. This was really inconvenient and frustrating. I hope the store fixes its online hours and ordering system and also improves its customer service.

  Worst service experience. They made me a wrong sub and took no accountability afterwards. Late night staff needs to learn manners and guest service

  They charged me 6.50 for possibly the thinnest 6 inch veggie sandwich on earth. Usually other subways charge me LESS than 6 bucks. Not only that she put 2 tomatoe slices that look a month old and 2 cucumbers in the same state and 4 YES 4 olive slices on it and the tiniest bit of lettuce
