  This place seems to be under new management, which is ruining it. After more than 10+ years of exemplary service, a new person (who never wears a uniform) started making sandwiches there, and always acts very reluctantly, as if the customer is bothering them with their 'asks,' doesn't bother with 'hi' and 'bye, ' etc. It seems that even when the regular 'sandwich experts' are working (who are themselves very polite), they've been instructed to decrease the vegetable/toppings portions to the bare minimum. All in all, things have gone downhill in the past little while.

  I went to the subway on abbot street and I'll never go back ! I don't know if it's policy but she got me to prepay for what I wanted which was two sandwiches for $6.99 for both anyway I asked for cold cut she said NO so I asked for ham so she put three pieces per sandwich as we went over to the veggies lol I asked for lettuce and she put about a small amount like close to a table spoon when I asked if she could add more she gave me the look like how dare I then I asked for green peppers red onions cucumbers which again she added three pieces of each lol again I asked if she could add some more she replied by saying NO you only get three pieces that's it ! So I took them and as I left Ed I said have a good night no reply so to me it's bad service
