  I came in here a few days ago to grab some lunch, the young man working alone was doing a fantastic job of managing the small rush by himself. Great multitasking skills. The space itself was a tinge dirty (spills on floor, crumby tables) but one guy can only do so much alone. I hope they can schedule him some help on busier days. Overall a decent experience tho

  I came here late at night for a snack. Winston, the only night shift worker, was so nice and friendly. However we were shocked to find that the bathroom lock was broken and never fixed. Employees basically don’t get to use the washroom for the entire shift, I think that’s quite concerning for employee wellbeing

  It was a great experience for me at subway i went there last Thursday and there was a girl name Rajni she did very good service and say everything is a polite way I was confused what I ordered so she helped me and gave advice to try that sandwich and it was very tasty. I appreciate that girl.

  Today, I had a disappointing experience at your store. I understand that store policies need to be followed, but I was unhappy with the way Rajni handled that situation. Instead of politely explaining the policy, the interaction felt argumentative, and some comments came across as disrespectful. I would also like to appreciate the other boy working there, who was polite, patient, and explained everything respectfully. I value respectful and clear communication, so this experience was disappointing for me.

  Well, employees know how to lie very well. The effort of telling a lie should be appreciated. Today I encountered with an extremely rude girl named Rajni. I accidentally placed an order here instead of the one at Fraser street. I called at 8.49 pm and told Rajni if we could pick up at 10pm. She was rude on the call. When we went to pick up the order. She whispered something to her co- worker and served the cold bowl. I asked them about the shelf life of that food and they said it is fresh till 72 hours. That girl Rajni starter blabbering and lied to her colleague that they called at 9.30 pm. I showed them call timing. Then the audacity of this lier girl was that she declared herself as a trainee. After sometime, she said, “ Yes , I am not trainee “. She even told if we make the order late then they also complain whereas I called to make my order late only.
