  I ordered on Uber Eats I called the store to tell them I wanted them to toast my sandwich when I got my sandwich it was not toasted so I called them and the guy said “I toasted your sandwich” and I said “no you didn’t” and then he proceeded to tell me that he did and then he was like “actually we didn’t because our toaster overheated”, but is it overheating every time I order a sandwich

  I am a customer and have visited Subway several times where Sandeep was working. She is always friendly, professional, and hardworking. She greets customers with a smile, prepares orders carefully, and provides excellent customer service. Even when the restaurant is busy, she remains positive and efficient. Sandeep consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and valued. Based on the excellent service she provides, I believe Sandeep deserves recognition for her hard work. She demonstrates leadership qualities, responsibility, and dedication, and I think she would make a great manager. At the very least, she deserves a raise for the effort and commitment she brings to her job every day. Employees like Sandeep are hard to find. If the owner is unable to offer competitive pay and proper recognition to hardworking employees like her, there is a risk of losing valuable staff to other employers who will appreciate and reward their dedication. Sandeep is the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have.

  Didn't focus on finishing the sandwich before mine, or afterwards, no hairnets or switching gloves, and couldn't understand basic english smh don't come here if you want a good meal, come here if you like waiting to order for smt that takes less then 5mins My last wait time was 15min bc they screwed up my order 😒

  I was assisted by Mankiran today, and she is absolutely the sweetest! She was incredibly patient, which made the entire shopping experience so smooth, especially for those of us who aren't native English speakers. I definitely keep coming back just for this level of customer service. I truly hope the store maintains this kind and welcoming atmosphere! :)

  I work close by , for almost 3 years now , and this location has been my ONLY option to have my lunch/dinner while working! The staff are VERY welcoming , respectful , charming and efficient, of course they remember every detail of my order so no need to even say a word every time I go back, apart from greetings . The food is both healthy and delicious , with lots of vegetables and varieties of flavours. The store is clean and recently innovated , Id highly recommend this place.. THANKS A LOT for all wonderful people working here , I highly appreciate your nice & friendly welcomes every time ....
