I have been a regular customer at this location for over 10 years. My family and I buy subs here 2 to 3 times a week, and we've earned "All-Star" status. However, lately, one employee has been very rude, even aggressive, and the subs have been lacking—even though we always order extra vegetables. Prices keep going up while the sandwiches keep getting thinner. Whenever we don't leave a tip (I don't understand why a tip is expected for pickup), the sub is wrapped without the clean white tissue paper, just in the patterned wrapping paper. I just returned from Saskatoon, where the owner at one location turned off the tipping prompt; the sandwich quality, amount of veggies, and friendliness of the staff there were simply incomparable. If I experience another unpleasant incident with this employee, I will post the receipt with her employee number and find a different location in town.

Was trying to call them few times but nobody cares enough to attend it! Will highly appreciate if customers will be treated better here
