  Worker couldn't follow directions to make the sandwich, couldn't toast it properly the cheese was still not melted at all, put the wrong vegetables, was extremely slow

  Honestly, super disappointed! If their service was good maybe a tip, but in no world should a veggie delight have less lettuce than a Big Mac!

  Worst experience in my life very disrespectful staff. I work with indigo park whenever I got a chance I always stop by this location to buy some lunch. Today which is 16 sep 26 and time 06:00 PM. I just went in and I asked her can I use the restroom. She said no it’s only for the customer. I said ok let me buy something than she said go use the washroom don’t stand there. I was about to buy a lunch for me after but from this day I will never buy something from them.

  Ordered a grilled chicken footlong, got it toasted and the chicken was cold and felt frozen in the middle. Almost no lettuce or other toppings on the sandwich. And to top it off the way they wrapped it, half the contents somehow had already fallen out. Worst subway experience ever.

  Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Not What I Expect From Subway I come to Subway regularly practically every other day and have always had a good experience, which is why what happened today was extremely disappointing. I came in to get my usual rotisserie chicken salad, but the chicken in the container did not look fresh to me and the bottom of the container was visible. I politely asked the employee if there was a fresh batch available. Instead of responding professionally, she gave me an extremely rude look and shouted at me, “That’s more than enough for your salad. I’m not getting a fresh one.” The attitude was completely unacceptable. I was not demanding anything unreasonable I simply asked a polite question as a regular customer. There was absolutely no reason to speak to me that way. When I asked for her name because I intended to contact the manager, she completely refused to provide it. I made it clear that I would be contacting management because this type of behaviour needs to be taken seriously. I have been to many Subway locations and have never been treated this way. This employee’s behaviour was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Subway is a major brand, and customer service like this is a terrible look for the company. I strongly recommend management review what happened today and address this employee’s behaviour appropriately. Regular customers should not be shouted at or made to feel uncomfortable simply for politely asking a question about the food they are being served. Very disappointing experience. Management needs to take this seriously.
