  All the time the washroom is out of order. During December I came and now in June it's still out of order.

  I came to put a review here and while reading these other reviews i am shocked as i experienced complete oposite of what some of these reviews state literally every memeber of the staf was super sweet and helpful i was confused while ordering and the girl attending me even suggested me what i should order there was quite a line but the girls working there patiently took my order and that was quite a low cortisol moment for such a busy day lol 💯 will definitely go back 10/10

  Really bad. The girls behind the counter Harman and Harsh both of them were so inconsiderate. Felt like being there was a crime. Even though I had money I did not feel like spending. To ask them to put more sauce was like a crime. I had never felt to disgusted in Canada. It was my first encounter with a really bad service. I chose to have chicken bowl. On the menu it says 24 grams of protein. I got literally a cup of chicken which would barely give me 5 grams. And I asked the lady, she was like we give this much only. What kind of answer is this? I am asking for my money's worth. The lettuce was stale. Onions were bad. 3 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of tomatoes, 4 onion rings, super stale rice. I was hungry and had it anyways but I lost my respect for Subway. Me and another of my coworker we went to let the girls know about the bad service, the girl Harsh gave an earful to my colleague. It was so bad. I would never ever visit this place. The sentences she said were, " Go and post this, this will not affect us, they(upper management) know we are under a lot of workload", "You have not seen real world, wake up this is how it is" "I dont get paid to smile and work", "We cannot spend 15 minutes on each customer". Btw, I was super excited to check out different sauces for my bowl but this encouter made me lose my appetite. Sucha negative place. It was depressing for me. I tried to explain to her that this is not how the service and hospitality industry works and that she should take this review seriously for her own improvement. But she took it the wrong way and argued with my coworker and me. May she find peace in her work coz she makes the person ordering sooo uncomfortable.
