  Very disappointing customer service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. The experience could have been handled much more politely and professionally.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. Two of the female employees were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. The vegetables also looked stale and unappetizing. The male employee was friendly and had a positive attitude, which I appreciated, but overall the service was extremely poor. I honestly wish I could give zero stars—that’s how bad the service was.

  One of the worst Subway experience I ever had, during lunch time on Sunday, it wasn’t even that busy, but both girls were just out of touch, totally rude, absolutely zero effs about the stale looking veggies, the guy however was smiling and had a positive attitude but whoever the owner is must pay well or atleast school these girls.

  I asked for a full inch Italian with potato rings in it the girl said we never have it she asked her other crew Aman she said same. The strange thing is I’ve been getting this sandwich for 2 years I asked her are you sure 3 times she said yes But in Metrotown Surrey white rock delta Tsawassen north Vancouver every place I’ve been to I get this. Zero customer service I really wanted to talk to manager but it was busy I didn’t do that. But I really need respond back on this review.

  The customer services was lacking at this location. You could tell right from the entrance of the store that the employees didn’t want to be there. I understand the location is unusually busy due to an event but there’s no reason to serve mushy tomato’s….
