    I had a great experience at Subway around 6pm thanks to the young lady working . She was very polite, professional, and attentive while taking my order. She made sure everything was prepared properly and truly went above and beyond to help. I really appreciate her she helped me in suggesting sandwiches and explaining menu. She is so polite.This location is close to my work place. I think they may have hired new staff, but she has completely changed my perspective.I will definitely come again. Thank you for helping me today.

    I experienced most unprofessional customer service from Simron. There was no greeting upon arrival, and I was not asked how she could assist me. After I placed my order, she stepped away to use her phone for several minutes. Additionally, I noticed a hygiene concern. She handled the oven and trays and then continued serving without changing her gloves. I requested that she change her gloves, as this raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Added this after the response Wow, what a reply. Who actually asks for free double meat on a steak and cheese? If you’re going to make things up, at least make it believable. So now asking her to change gloves for hygiene reasons is considered harassment🤔😂?then go ahead and take action—I’ll be waiting. Maybe spend less time making excuses and more time training your staff, and take a look at how many bad reviews you already have. The volume of negative reviews speaks for itself. I will never set foot in your dirty, unhygienic place again.
