  Don’t get me wrong. Subway, peak food, peak customization. Love myself a steak and avocado powerbowl, love customizing it. But when a worker seems pissed off that I’m customizing my food and looking annoying that I asked for extra lettuce or more crispy onions, it ruins the entire experience. Genuinely, awkward ordering experience with a worker that seemed like they would fight me if I asked for one more cucumber. I love you subway, but not whatever kind of service I just got when ordering.

  We went there first time. H kaur served us. Very rude service. She didn’t even smile for a bit during whole purchase. She doesn’t want to work.

  I had to wait awhile before I chose to post my experience here instead of complaining directly to head office. I believe that my experience with this location may be unique, but a warning to others to be aware of the heated foods that they serve. The lady who served me on both orders was the same. I believe that she is the owner or manager. Almost a year ago, I ordered my favourite meatball sub. What I got was meatballs that were cooked the night before and reheated the next day to me. It was absolutely disgusting beyond words. Dry rubbery meatballs... I used to order it at least once a month. I haven't been able to order it again regardless of location. A couple weeks ago, I went in to this subway in the morning, and ordered a footlong hotdog. What I got was a hotdog that was cooked the night before, reheated, and served to me. It was utterly dry and the skin shriveled up... It was also disgusting beyond words. I guess this person chose to save money by serving food that should have been discarded. I called her out on this and she denied that the food was old. I told her not to lie, but she kept on saying that it was fresh. It was dried out and shriveled. It's impossible for her claims, but she continued lieing. This is a warning for others who choose to order subs that include ingredients that are heated up separately. Test the subs out, and if it isn't fresh, don't hesitate to complain!
