ever since this taco bell got revamped, the whole experience has gotten way better. the food tastes fresher, customer service feels more organized and friendly, and the place itself is a lot cleaner compared to the old setup. the new layout just makes everything feel brighter and less cramped overall. you can tell they actually put effort into improving the place instead of just repainting the walls and calling it a day. definitely a much nicer spot to stop by now.

Very disappointing experience at KFC today around 12:00 PM. The lady prolly age 25-30 with black glasses wearing a grey KFC shirt who was taking orders was extremely rude and had an unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction.
We placed and paid for our order, but nobody informed us that the restaurant had no lettuce available. After receiving the food and noticing the missing lettuce broken tacos, we went back to ask about it, and instead of politely explaining, she responded with attitude saying, “We don’t have it,” as if customers are somehow supposed to already know that.
When we came to the window and explained that it would have been helpful if we had been informed before paying, she dismissively responded, “You’re good to go.” Very unprofessional customer service and disrespectful behavior.
Staff should communicate unavailable ingredients before taking payment and treat customers with basic courtesy.
