  Had a really nice meal at this Subway. My sandwich tasted great, and I enjoyed sitting down and taking my time with it. The place had a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, so it was nice to stay and eat. I was happy with the food and would definitely stop by again when I’m in the area. Jasleen was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the service. It’s always nice to walk into a place where the staff make you feel welcome. Overall, a good experience with tasty food, a pleasant place to sit, and friendly people. Would happily recommend this location!

  I went to this location around 3 PM during my break to get lunch. I didn’t realize how little meat was put in my sandwich until after I had already paid. I went back and showed the employee that there wasn’t even a full scoop of meat in the sandwich. She insisted that she had put a scoop and tried to convince me that this was the normal amount. I asked if she could remake my sandwich with the proper amount of meat, and she told me, “Sorry, I can’t,” as if I was asking her to pay for my order herself. At that point, I asked for my money back. She initially refused, but eventually gave me a refund. I usually like this location and have gotten food from here many times, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Both employees working around that time were very rude and unprofessional. They were talking to each other while I was trying to resolve the issue, and I did not feel like my concern was being taken seriously. Customers are paying for their food and should receive the proper portions without having to argue about it. The whole situation unnecessarily wasted my break, and the way it was handled was not acceptable.

  Washrooms out of order….wanted to wash my hands before I ate my sub. Multiple staff on and only one serving so had to wait.

  Don’t expect employees to follow your mobile orders “for pick-up” or “delivery” accurately here. There has been a consistent record of employees ignoring customer requests for Extra toppings or a simple Toasted option. Instead they would give you less toppings and non-toasted or “day old” bread that is hard to chew. Management should train their employees better. If you are not physically in the restaurant watching your sandwich being made, be prepared for lack of effort and loss of money in extra charges that you asked for.
