  Restaurant was dirty. No clean tables. Even though there were 2 customers. Ice cubes on the floor. I slip on one.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on July 26, 2026, around 10:00 AM. When I walked in, there was one employee preparing food. I waited several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged. I eventually had to ask if she could take my order. During the order, I politely asked if the seasoning could be placed underneath the veggie patty. Instead of helping, she responded in a rude tone, “Why didn’t you tell me earlier?” She also added much more sauce than I requested, and when I mentioned it, she replied angrily, “As it is, I can do that.” At checkout, I wanted to purchase a drink as well, but there was no attempt to provide friendly service. She simply told me the total, took my payment, and said, “You’re good to go.” There was no greeting, no thank you, and no professionalism throughout the interaction. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should always include basic respect and courtesy. I hope the management reviews this feedback and provides additional customer service training so future customers have a better experience.

  Wort experience bought through deal buy two footlong one free but changed for three and didn’t refund me and asked me to call subway but there’s no customer support phone number then emailed them twice but no response and service was not good as well

  I come to this store quite often, Shivani has been serving great food, it was good to see her back at work.
