  I visited today and was really disappointed by their service. There’s this guy who would just stare and then laugh.. so rude! they all need to be trained to be good with customers

  well, no wonder why the reviews are so negative because today I visited the subway the lady who was in the front is extremely rude. I just told them to make my sandwich on a new bread and she also aggressively telling that they don't have that bread even she was Making the faces in front of me, she's a medium height with the specs on it never come back to the subway please if I There is option to give a zero star. I definitely give them a zero star . They don't have customer service skills. work on it

  On Saturday June 20, I ordered 6 inch Italian herb and cheese with veggie patty at 5:55pm. There was this girl taking order, she didn’t listened carefully and started making footlong and confirmed that agin by saying I only need 6 inch sandwich and she replied will cut at the end and it was grilled there was a guy who was dressing all the sandwiches, I said to him that can you please double check with her I only asked for 6 inch sandwich and then she came saying didn’t you needed 2 of the 6 inch sandwiches, like why would I ask for 2 of the 6 inch sandwiches I should have asked for footlong. And then she whispered in Punjabi that she wasted it, what you mean just say it directly. I don’t know what she was thinking, this is not the customer service and way of talking to people, you are not the owner of that place. I am not going there again even though I was their regular guest. What a bad service. 0/10. And the sandwich was not good as well.

  I visited this Subway yesterday and i am never gonna come to this place again. Such a disrespectful and arrogant employees. If you dont know how to talk to customer dont work in such lines please. A girl with specs,medium height and short hair was talking extremely rudely. Like miss we are paying for your salaries. I think they should train there employees again and change the staff. Not shocked to see such reviews about them. Rest of the food court members are good and friendly. These subway employees just know how to make faces and gossip, zero professionalism. I would have love to give zero stars but didn’t had an option for that
