  Rude staff, if you are overwhelmed with work then hire more people but at least try to be nice to customers who are giving you business.

  I visited this Subway yesterday and i am never gonna come to this place again. Such a disrespectful and arrogant employees. If you dont know how to talk to customer dont work in such lines please. A girl with specs,medium height and short hair was talking extremely rudely. Like miss we are paying for your salaries. I think they should train there employees again and change the staff. Not shocked to see such reviews about them. Rest of the food court members are good and friendly. These subway employees just know how to make faces and gossip, zero professionalism. I would have love to give zero stars but didn’t had an option for that

  While I was ordering, I asked the employee to toast my sandwich, and she responded rudely, telling me to first specify which chicken I wanted. There was no sense of polite customer service, and I genuinely felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I also asked for olives, but they were not included in my sandwich. It felt like my order wasn’t being properly listened to or taken seriously. The staff seemed to have a negative attitude, and this wasn’t just my experience—my cousin has had a similar experience at this location as well. The employees tend to raise their voices instead of communicating respectfully.

  Worst food service experience I’ve had. They don’t follow customer instructions at all, and the sandwiches are made carelessly and messily. The customer service is extremely poor. On top of that, I faced another issue the very next time I tried ordering from a different location (Park Royal). Due to a glitch, my order was mistakenly placed at the Guildford location. I immediately called them to cancel it — the pickup time was still 15 minutes away, so it clearly hadn’t been prepared yet. However, the staff member told me it was already ready and that nothing could be done. That didn’t make sense, as I had literally just placed the order a minute before calling. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.
