  Today is my birthday, and I received an email from Subway early this morning telling me I could get a free cookie today. So, we decided to drop by the location near our house since it was on the way. I used to go to the Guildford location all the time. As soon as I walked into the store today, I told the staff member that I was here to redeem my free birthday cookie. She told me I had to place an order myself. In the past, the staff would just scan my offer, and I’d be good to go. Thinking I needed to purchase something to get the free cookie, I asked the staff member who greeted me to help me order a sandwich. However, even after finishing my order, I still didn't get the cookie. When I asked her what happened, she claimed she never heard me mention the free cookie in the first place, and she had a terrible attitude about it. It made me extremely upset. It was supposed to be a happy day celebrating my birthday, but I ended up leaving the store furious. I am never coming back to this place again.

  I came at 8:20 ordered a 6-foot subway and the two ladies working in the evening told me the dining room is closed when they close at 9pm. I complained and she repeated twice that it’s closed, when is not 9pm. The tables were dirty and that’s very unprofessional.

  This has to be the stingiest subway ive been to and we visit Subways 1-2/wk minimum. Basically have to beg to get an extra piece of cucumber on an $8 sandwich. Doesn’t honour birthday rewards. Only 1 person out front during a busy lunch hour. Never again.

  I visited subway at 3:20pm and experienced very bad, Extremely rude customer service by old lady who makes her own food policy in making sandwiches.

  The two ladies that work here are really rude. I placed an online order and they got my order completely wrong including the type of bread, and their customer service in handling it was subpar. Will not be visiting again.
