  Staff were not polite or accommodating. And I have never had such a SMALL amount of meat put onto my sub at any other subway, ever. I mentioned this and she just shrugged and said it was the right amount. Won't go back to this one.

  Hello, I would like to make a complaint about the customer service I received at your Subway location. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, the employee who served me was extremely unfriendly and appeared visibly annoyed while serving me. Her attitude made me feel as though I was bothering her simply by being there. What was especially disappointing is that she did not properly explain the ordering process or the available options. Since it was my first time at this location, I expected basic courtesy and assistance, but instead I felt completely unwelcome. I understand that employees can have difficult days, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism. I would appreciate it if management could review what happened and address the issue with the staff at this location. Please take this complaint seriously and let me know what action will be taken to ensure customers receive respectful and professional service. Thank you.

  Thinnest subs in the world and they miss order instructions, simple ones such as TOASTED bread. What's going on at this place? Shut it down
