I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today. The employee (her name sounded like Ziel) showed very poor hygiene and service while preparing the food.
First, she did not change her gloves between preparing different customers’ orders, which is very concerning from a food safety perspective. Proper hygiene should be basic practice when handling food.
Second, the sandwich was made very poorly. The bread did not seem fresh, and the ingredients were thrown together carelessly. The sandwich was not packed properly at all, and everything fell apart when I opened it, which you can see in the picture.
Overall the food looked messy, the preparation was rushed, and the quality was not what I expect from Subway. I hope management looks into this and reminds staff about food hygiene, glove changes, and proper sandwich preparation.
