  I would not order from this store again. If I could give negative score I would. We ordered three footlongs, where each sandwich was disgusting. The toppings were scarce and the bread was like rubber. When we called to complain the manager said she would call us back and never did, we called almost every day for over a week, where I finally had a chance to talk to someone today. This person was not the manager but acted like they could help but to my surprise she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She argued with me and when I said I would like to speak to the manager she said “go on and call everyday, you won’t talk to anyone” and hung up. Pathetic customer service.

  On April 14th 2026 at 8:35 PM, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed my order online and, upon arrival, politely tried to clarify a customization. Instead of being helpful, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to assist or even listen properly. Customer service is a basic expectation, especially when there is a simple request for clarification. The attitude I encountered was unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. It made the entire experience unpleasant and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I strongly recommend better staff training on customer interaction and basic courtesy. No one expects perfection, but respect and a willingness to help should be the minimum standard.

  there is a what seems to be filipino women with a pink apple watch that works there. she has this attitude and you can tell from her face. she seems like she doesn’t even want to work there with the way she puts 3 pieces of onion on one sub. i really wonder how she got hired and if anyone even taught her how to server a customer with respect. it seems like she wants to do everything herself even tell her poor coworker “ill do it myself.” please hire someone who is actually fit for interacting with people on a daily basis.
