  Came in to get a sandwich, saw someone already ordering, decided to use the restroom in the meantime , 2 ladies on the counter standing and chatting while the other one looking at me and refusing the service to washroom as it is not working. I clearly saw no sign on the washroom saying “out Of order” . This type of service is unacceptable from Subway.

  Manpreet provided excellent customer service. She was very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. My sub was prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients, and she made the whole experience pleasant and welcoming. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out.   I had a wonderful experience at Subway thanks to Sandy and Gagandeep. Both of them are extremely friendly, professional, and hardworking. They always greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service. My order was prepared quickly and exactly the way I requested. The restaurant was clean, organized, and welcoming. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out. Sandy and Gagandeep are a great asset to the Subway team, and I highly recommend this location because of their outstanding service.

  I had a great experience at the Subway location in City Centre 1. Kirandeep and Manpreet provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, welcoming, and made my order with care and attention to detail. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted excellent. The vegetables were crisp, the bread was fresh, and the sandwich was made exactly the way I requested. Both Kirandeep and Manpreet worked efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude, making the whole experience enjoyable. It’s always nice to receive service from staff who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Kirandeep and Manpreet, for your excellent service and for making such a delicious meal. I will definitely be returning to this Subway location!
