  Worst experience ever. Ordered online 3 subs all different. But the girl made all same. When I went to pickup, I asked her which one is with tomato, or hot sauce. Instead of accepting her mistake that she made all same, she lied and just wrote hot sauce on one and tomato on other and gave it to me. When I checked at home, All were same. Don’t recommend this place and mainly the staff and their service.

  I ordered a footlong sub from this location, and they seriously do not understand how to prepare a single order properly or do not have enough training to read instructions. The first time I ordered my footlong sub, they added none of the vegetables I asked for not even one properly. I specifically requested extra of a few veggies, and they added nothing. Instead, they added items I never even mentioned. The second time I ordered from this location, they forgot to send my drink. I called the store, and she sent the drink afterward, so I thought I’d give them another chance. But they still have no sense of attention to orders at all. This is the third time I’ve ordered here, and even after I specifically wrote these instructions since they gave the option to add notes: “Please add utensils to my order. Please make sure you give everything CORRECT as per the order this time. DO NOT FORGET MY ITEMS. Thank you.” they still didn’t give me the bread I asked for and just used regular bread instead. Are they seriously not aware of what they’re doing while preparing orders?

  Worst customer service ever She didn’t even say hello or hi when i was telling her to add veggies she was like yaahhhh yaaahhh like what’s going on nobody asked you to work forcefully if you can’t treat customers properly please don’t come feeling bad for Owner

  I really like the service by the store a specially a guy who worked I don’t know his name .. he provided good customer service with smile 😊
