I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your location on Saturday, June 13, at approximately 12:00 PM.
I had already placed my order and was in a hurry because I needed to get to work. At the time, one employee was assisting another customer, while another employee was present nearby. I politely explained that I was in a rush and asked whether the other employee could prepare my sandwich.
The response I received was, “I’m helping another customer.” I fully understand and respect that employees assist customers in order; however, my request was specifically for the other employee to help prepare my order. Unfortunately, there appeared to be no effort to assist or manage the situation efficiently.
As a customer, I expect a basic level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer service. The experience I had at this location did not reflect the principle of “Customer First,” which should be a core value in the service industry.
Due to this experience, I chose to leave the location without completing my purchase and instead visited another Subway location just steps away, where I purchased my meal. Fortunately, there are many Subway locations available, and customers have the choice to take their business elsewhere when they receive poor service

I had an outstanding experience at this Subway location today. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Ms. Jatinder was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. Their positive attitude really stood out and made my visit enjoyable.
I would also like to recognize Sandeep for running such a well-organized and clean restaurant. It’s clear that customer service and quality are priorities here. The team worked efficiently, the ingredients were fresh, and the store was spotless.
Thank you, Jatinder, Sandeep and the entire team for providing excellent service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this Subway location to others!

This is the only Subway in Surrey that I actually go to, and that's largely because of Sandeep. She is one of the sweetest people I've met and always goes out of her way to make my day whenever I visit. Her kindness, positive attitude, and warm smile truly make a difference. It's rare to come across someone who consistently provides such genuine and friendly customer service. Sandeep is a big reason why I keep coming back!
Hey I just came here on Friday day and Dolly really did a great job when I just entered there with a beautiful smile she asked for how’s your day going on and it’s very positive thing that I found about the staff and she did a really great job till the end.I will definitely gonna visit again and recommend other also just visit once here.
Today, I ordered three footlong sandwiches from this location. Since all three sandwiches were cut in half, there were a total of six pieces.
When I arrived for pickup, I sent my son inside to collect the order. The employee handed him all six sandwich pieces individually and did not place them in a bag.
When my son politely asked why they were not put in a bag, the employee checked with another staff member and then told him that bags are chargeable. Since I had already placed and paid for the order online, this was unexpected.
My son felt embarrassed trying to carry all six sandwich pieces without a bag. This experience was disappointing, and it has made us reconsider ordering from this location again.
