  I ordered a footlong veggie sandwich, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee did not seem welcoming or interested in assisting customers, and the overall attitude came across as quite rude. My sandwich was also burnt, which affected the taste and quality. On top of that, the drink machine was not working. I expected much better service and food quality from Subway. Hopefully, management can address these issues and improve the customer experience.

  Very disappointing customer service. The two female employees working at this Subway were not welcoming at all. They didn’t smile, spoke in a rude and unfriendly manner, and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Good customer service should include basic politeness and respect toward customers. I hope the management provides better customer-service training because customers should feel welcomed, not like they are bothering the staff.

  I've been coming to this subway for a very long time now honestly, I'm honestly really surprised by some of these reviews because these employees really go out of their way to keep this place nice. I don't think people understand how rough it is being RIGHT next to newton exchange with how many addicts there are that'll come in and pass out in the booths and outside the front door. The employees make the sandwiches quick and with care, what more could you ask for?

The food was prepared fairly quickly, and the staff were generally friendly and efficient. The quality and portion size were reasonable for the price, although the experience can vary depending on how busy the location is. Overall, a convenient choice when you’re looking for a quick, customizable meal.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady working there was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely lacked basic customer service skills. She spoke to customers with an attitude that was both unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I have been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this visit completely changed my opinion. No one should have to deal with this kind of behavior when they’re simply trying to order food. Management seriously needs to address this issue and ensure their employees know how to treat customers with respect. I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone until the customer service improves. This location doesn’t even deserve one star. If there were an option to give zero stars, that’s exactly what I would have given.
