  We ordered veg sub. We asked for egg free sauces only which means we are already have less options. We asked for bit extra sauces and tissue. She reacted like we are asking for free. She gave us with comments like why you need extra sauce and then you need tissue to hold the sub. Better not to have extra sauce. All veggies are mostly out in the fridge not in the box to make sub. If we need plain bread we can have it at home, why we need to pay n visit any store. Very pathetic services. Very harsh behaviour on very basic request. Never ordering again. She was behaving all the same way with others. We felt we are served for free and her attitude is like take it and go out no request no question.

  Came around 1pm today. There is no option for giving zero or negative, the staff is least bothered who are waiting to order, no acknowledgment and thats when you waiting right in front of counter. After calling three times one of the lady gives a look. And then the lady making sandhwhich order, sneezed on the orders and even without washing hands or changing gloves she continues packing the order. I think someone really needs to take care of basic hygiene and this is not how we want our orders to be cooked. Alteast hire better staff and train them well when it comes to customer service and hygiene.

  This is worst subway I have ever visited Staff are rude and food is unhygienic, they argue about not taking the juice back which has bad taste and smell in it , If you don’t want to get sick stay away from this location

  Absolutely disgusting and easily one of the worst Subway locations I have ever visited. The washrooms had urine all over the floor and looked more like neglected outhouses than facilities inside a restaurant. Putting up an “out of service” sign does not excuse leaving them in that condition. The fountain drink machine was also apparently broken, leaving overpriced bottled pop as the only option. Between the filthy facilities, poorly maintained equipment, and extremely rude and unfriendly staff, this location appears to have no concern for basic cleanliness, customer service, or Subway’s standards. If the customer-facing areas are this unsanitary, it raises serious concerns about the condition of the food-preparation areas. This location needs immediate attention from management and a health inspection. I would not eat here again.

  I ordered a footlong veggie sandwich, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee did not seem welcoming or interested in assisting customers, and the overall attitude came across as quite rude. My sandwich was also burnt, which affected the taste and quality. On top of that, the drink machine was not working. I expected much better service and food quality from Subway. Hopefully, management can address these issues and improve the customer experience.
