  Had a great experience at Subway! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made my order perfectly and kept everything fresh and clean. Customer service was excellent, and the team worked with such a positive attitude even during busy hours. Definitely one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited.

  New to the Morgan crossing area, and after shopping at Best Buy we decided to go to Subway in the parking lot. This subway has kiosks to order. We were the only people in the restaurant at 3pm in the afternoon. We were completely ignored by all three staff members who are sweeping up around us and cleaning when we entered. We stood at the counter, read the menu, completely ignored. Finally figured we had to use the kiosk or be ignored forever. As they would not speak to us or serve us. It was difficult because we had a coupon and didn't know what we were doing. Finally managed to order it after a staff member agreed to speak to us and showed us where to put the coupon. One Lady made multiple subs before making ours (again the only people in the restaurant and three staff). At least the place was clean. They finally made our subs, called our name and walked away. Found that they toasted my sandwich even though I had asked for them untoasted or we would have given the food 5 stars as the subs were good. I will never ever come back to this Subway!!!! Terrible no service. AND to add insult to it, the kiosk wanted me to tip them! Are you kidding me?

  I’m a regular customer at this location. As usual, wonderful service that exceeds expectations! Pleasure to have the team here help prepare a healthy meal for my family. Very allergy aware and accommodating.

  I frequent this subway and always have the best experience there! All of the staff are very helpful, greet me, and make sure my sandwiches are exactly as I want (and I frequently have special requests!) The bread is always fresh, and the sandwiches are delicious. Most deli meat is freshly sliced, and the vegetables are fresh as well. Highly recommend for a great sandwich! NK
