  While the food was good the customer service here definitely wasn’t , when asking for items to put inside my sandwich the employee literally acted like it was to much work not friendly at all and than started gossiping with another employee in a different language , basic training on customer service should be re taken, as well when I asked for just a little bit to sauce she goes and dumps way more than I wanted and when I mentioned it she jjst didn’t say anything so I won’t be going back here anymore and that sucks especially since I’ve been going here since they very first opened

  I came to this Subway location to pick up a DoorDash order. Since the order wasn’t ready yet, I politely asked if I could use the washroom. One of the employees responded in a very rude manner, saying that only customers could use the washroom and that I couldn’t. When the order was finally ready, it was handed to me in the same rude and disrespectful way. As a DoorDash driver, I always try to be polite and respectful to restaurant staff, so this experience was very disappointing. I would recommend avoiding this Subway location. I also kindly request that the manager provide better customer service training to the staff and teach them how to speak respectfully to both customers and delivery drivers.
