  I placed an order from Subway and called the store to ask about it, but the employee hung up on me. I went to pick up my order in person and there was no apology at all. She was also rude even though the store was empty. Very disappointing customer service — I expected better treatment and more respect.

  Great experience at this Subway! The place is very clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh, tasty, and prepared very fast. The employees are very nice, friendly, and well behaved. Excellent customer service overall. Definitely recommend this location!

  Worst subway ever rude staff one of the staff member was mopping the floor then he suddenly started making sandwich the lady was so rude she make in so hurry sandwiches are not rolled properly i ordered on23 april under sahib name

  I ordered online tuna subway sandwich for dinner (a foot long of 2 sets) Picked up at 8.55pm ,as we opened up saw barely any sauce an veggies were cut very thick ,no cheese melted what so ever and as l started eating felt the bread is very chewy ,called the store nobody picked up so l left the message for them to know and to call me back, but next day no calls so l called and the girl said she is busy and gonna call back but no calls l call again later and again the girl said she is new here gave her name as Nancy and said she is new here and doesn't deal with complains And asked me to call another day so ĺ can talk to the manager Okay l call next day , not picking up the phone. ,finally picked up and said oh you the only person complaining about it and said that l should have brought the sandwich back for replacement 😒 You mean at that time when you guys not even picking up the phone when the store closes at 11pm Very rude no manners to talk I won't recommend this location

  Can’t comment on the atmosphere really as I didn’t dine in. The food was fantastic for a subway, unlike some locations they didn’t skimp on the meat when making my bowl. To me that’s the most important part of a subway, usually when you order steak they give you half a scoop and shake off some more before pouring it. In this case they didn’t hesitate to pile it on. Staff were decent, nothing bad to say about them but no super bubbly service either. They didn’t hesitate the job.
