  I had a terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed a delivery order through the Subway app, and my order confirmation clearly showed my correct address. However, the order was delivered to a completely different address. I never received my food even though I was charged. When I called the store for help, the staff were not helpful and refused to resolve the issue. There was no apology, no effort to contact the driver, and no offer of a refund or replacement. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, this store showed very poor customer service and took no responsibility for an order that was delivered to the wrong address. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location until they improve their customer service and ensure orders are delivered correctly.

  We have gone here for years. But most recently they have a habit of mixing up the ingredients and breads we order. We have even gone back with the items so they can see for themselves that they messed up. I have been making a note to pls be mindful and not mix things up. Yesterday we ordered through app and my fiance went to pu. They said they did not have an order for us. Check my cc account and it was charged and the refunded. Place order again through app…says thank you for order… then says order cancelled. Call store they say they don’t know why. So they mess up orders and then block customers…the last 4-5 times they messed up. Don’t go here. It’s appalling to mess up and then block customer when it was your fault. 😩
