  Worst customer service ever..,two ladies are there but am referring to the one in her 40s,I got a chip and kept it on the counter very far from the customer order in front of me,who also got a sandwich and cookie,the subway lady grabbed my chips from far while I didn’t pay attention and charged the customer without even asking her if it belonged to her..it’s only after giving the customer her receipt that the subway lady goes”oh this is yours”and the customer goes no..the subway lady looked at me with her big eyes and shouted “oh you should have grabbed the chips in your hand I just charged her”I was shocked because Madam aren’t you supposed to confirm first before you are charging someone something and I was shocked at the lady’s rude behaviour as she didn’t even apologized and blamed me instead,she even argued that I kept the chips together with the customer order,are you serious woman.i could have just give her shitt and leave the place without taking her sandwich as she really put me down in front of several other people who were there,but I quietly paid for it and told her next time before charging someone ASK first,and keep your attitude and bad customer service to yourself please

  the nicest ladies ever. their customer service is so much better than the other subway 2 minutes away from here. would much rather support this location

  I had a terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed a delivery order through the Subway app, and my order confirmation clearly showed my correct address. However, the order was delivered to a completely different address. I never received my food even though I was charged. When I called the store for help, the staff were not helpful and refused to resolve the issue. There was no apology, no effort to contact the driver, and no offer of a refund or replacement. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, this store showed very poor customer service and took no responsibility for an order that was delivered to the wrong address. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location until they improve their customer service and ensure orders are delivered correctly.
