  I think they mixed up my order with someone else. I ordered a BMT but when I got home, the sandwich I received was different bread and had no meat at all.

  I had one of the best Subway sandwiches at this location. Saman made my sub perfectly, with the right proportion of veggies and exactly the amount of sauce I requested. Everything was fresh, well-balanced, and made with attention to detail. Great customer service and a great sandwich experience. Thank you, Saman!

  Sarb provided worst customer service. . .entire subway was cold not tested properly....went back showed the entire cold subway ....she was rude and showed cold shoulder....pls order from any other near by subway then this panorama location or else be ready to eat cold dinner and wrong attitude

  Just ordered on the app and yet again they messed up. I asked for extra pickle AND wrote in the comments please add lots of pickles. There are zero pickles on this salad. The receipt says 4 pickles. Even if they did put 4 pickles, in what world are 4 pickles extra? And there’s no way they even heated the bacon - just 2 soggy strips at the top. The crispy onions were placed at the bottom so the whole thing is a soggy mess. I stood there for 5 minutes and the take out shelf was empty, only to realize (on my own) that mg order was siting at the cash. They are scam artists and cheap out every single time I order from here. Only reason I do is because it’s close to my home but never ever again. How they got a 4 is beyond me, must be friends and family making these reviews. I would suggest trying elsewhere as other locations never do this.

  Unprofessional employees trained by the owner to rip off customers. We pay for the food and we should get what we by for in this case the employees were so rude that they give me half empty bowl had enough of this subway. Don’t go there if want get RIPPED OFF! It used to happen occasionally but now it happens almost Everytime I walk in there. Finally I had enough. Obviously they've been trained to do this by owner. You want customers money but dont want to give what they're paying for. Shut it down if it's not profitable enough for your greed but don't rip people off.
