  Deceptive pricing practices and dishonest service. I ordered a footlong sub using a $9.99 coupon, and after paying, the clerk told me to take a “free” bag of chips. She was hesitant to give me a receipt, and when I checked it, I discovered she actually charged me $2.19 for the chips without my consent. When I confronted her, she refunded me $2.00 instead of the full amount. This felt like a deliberate attempt to trick customers into paying more rather than a simple mistake. While I am a regular customer, this sneaky behaviour has completely shaken my trust in this location. Management needs to seriously retrain staff on honesty and transparency.

  Didnt have option for 0 Star hence giving 1 star. Supervisor who was working on today 23 Aug was so rude. My order was missing all the extra mentioned on the order and some of the items were completely missing. Rather providing solution to the order error they made, arguing with customer and at the end hung up the call.

  Pointless to order on thier app for this location.. said it was ready at 2:15, arrived at 2:20 and wasn't even started.. then they proceeded to take new customers waling in the door righ infront of me... just ridiculous.. got my order at 2:35 and late for work... no sorry, no thank you, two employees just kept whispering to each other. Customer service absolutely appalling..
