  First off, I want to start by saying the staff is super friendly, they work hard and have always been amazing, so this review isn't about the day to day staff. Here's my issue.... I waited over 30mins to get a single sandwich with only 3 people in front of me... Why you ask? Because online orders take precedent over in store customers. They were telling us they only have 15mins to clear a skip order or it disappears... So instead of serving us, the people physically standing there, we had to wait an excessive amount of time while they filled the online orders. The other issue is the high school age kids who are constantly there disrupting the staff. They use it as a hangout spot. They are not buying anything, or only buy 1 cookie for a group of 5 or more. They just make a mess that the staff has to clean up, their obnoxiously noisy, they interupt actual customers to ask for stuff for their OUTSIDE food/drinks that they bring in, and I was even told they steal chips and pop when the workers backs are turned. I told them they can kick them out for loitering, but it doesn't seem like they have the support of their leadership. Honestly, its frustrating going in there, I feel genuinely bad for the staff, and wish the owner provide the staff with more resources to stop this from happening. I go because its a convenient location for me... but I hate seeing the staff struggle.

  I came in around 7:40am. No other customers were inside. I went up to the employee to order but she insisted that I order through the screen??? In the amount of time that it took me to order on the screen— she would’ve been done making my sandwich already if she took my order when I first came up to her. While she was in the middle of making my sandwhich, two people came in and she didn’t tell them to order on the screen like she told me to… so they were just waiting/standing there for her to be free…

  Me and my friend went to Subway and we got a 6 inch long sub and it was so good and the workers were so polite I would suggest going here I go here for lunch almost every week and this is the best Subway ever
