  I visited Subway on Monday around 10:30 PM and ordered a Veg Patty sandwich. I would like to appreciate Navpreet for the excellent service she provided. She was friendly, professional, and prepared my sandwich perfectly. The sandwich was fresh, delicious, and made with great attention to detail. It's always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, and Navpreet made my experience enjoyable. Thank you, Navpreet, for your outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!

  I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 8:30 PM while sitting in the restaurant with my young, hungry child. Despite ordering ahead, the employee, Jas, made me wait, prioritizing a long line of walk-in customers instead. When I politely pointed out my pickup time, she became visibly angry and hostile. While making the sandwich, she aggressively refused a standard request to cut the footlong in half, stating she wouldn't do it because 'it wasn't in the mobile instructions' and because I wouldn't wait for the line to clear. Jas intentionally humiliated me in front of a crowded store, all while incredibly claiming she was being 'nice' to me. When I got to the counter, I tried to be civil. I said thank you and asked for her name. She snapped back defensively, saying, "I know why you are asking for my name." This was a completely toxic and unacceptable customer experience. I have been a regular customer at this location, but this behavior has completely ruined my trust in this store.

  I had such a great experience at Subway, all thanks to Jaskaran. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her friendly attitude and positive energy really stood out. She took the time to prepare my order carefully and made sure everything was just right. It is rare to see someone who truly enjoys what they do, and her excellent customer service made my visit so much better. She is an absolute gem, I believe Subway is lucky to have her. I will definitely be coming back because of her amazing service. So Highly recommend this location.
