⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t usually write reviews but this visit truly deserved one. A special thank you to Arlene, who made our sandwiches. It might seem like a simple thing just making a sandwich but the kindness, care, and attention she put into it made our visit feel completely different. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, and you can also tell when someone genuinely cares about the people standing in front of them. Arlene was definitely the latter. She was warm, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Sometimes you never know what kind of day a person is having, and a small act of kindness can mean much more than you realize. Arlene gave us one of those moments. The sandwiches were made perfectly, but what we’ll remember most is how she treated us. Subway is lucky to have someone like Arlene representing them. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Arlene. Never underestimate how much your kindness can brighten someone’s day. ❤️
