    went there to get a footlong sub, the girl who took my order (KOMAL) was rude and kept starring at me like i owed her something during my whole order. such a weirdo!!. i suggest approaching her with caution lol!!

    I live nearby and frequent this store quite a bit, yesterday when i went in to get a sandwich before a soccer game my card declined (i hadn’t realized that my card expired) they were super nice about it and told me to take my sandwich and come back tomorrow to pay. I came back to pay today and they gave me a free little bag of chips😭🫶

    Hi ordered online for my sub I put all the instructions properly but nothing in my sub no cheese no vegetables nothing ! Even the stafff ( lady) she is so rude and arrogant I don’t know why people come to work if they don’t wanna work ! It’s no our problem if you are working especially in customer service first thing you need to learn is how to talk with guest !!! We are paying for the food and service ! I hope the lady read this message and please change yourself if you working in customer service as a manager if anyone at my work do this I never gonna tell him to come ! I will also came in person to talk with this location manager ! Soon

    I am a person with disabilities. I ordered a sub and instructed the delivery driver to drop it at my unit because I am unable to commute to the front door. The driver ignored my instructions and left it at the front door. By the time I was able to get someone to help me get to the sandwich, it was already torn apart by a crow. I contacted the store and was told I had to come to the store if I wanted them to replace the sandwich which is impossible for me because of my disability. I had to have my support worker contact them for them to agree to send me another sandwich but I had to make another order which ended up costing me an additional $7 to order a cookie. To add insult to injury, is they replaced the sandwich but didn't even give me the cookie I had ordered and instead gave me a bag of chips. So in total I spent $31 for a sandwich, 2 bags of chips, a coke, and a lot of stress.

    The guy working tonight at 11pm May 13th had terrible attitude towards customers and didn’t read the orders correctly. The pickup time wasn’t accurate, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes and he even got my order wrong. I had to tell him what’s suppose to go on the sandwich. One old lady came in wanting to order at 11:50pm and he was very rude towards her saying “what do you want?” I understand it’s closing time but still be professional and do your job correctly. Won’t be coming back to this location. I truly love subway and rarely have terrible experience like this.
