  Service ultimately takes this down to 1 star. How about let's train our staff and make sure they can speak and understand English!! I had a gift card that wasnt scanning and I was told it doesn't have money on it. I asked if she could punch in the code manually. She said no. I told her Im pretty sure you can just type it in and see if it works. She said no. Not sure if she was too lazy or just didnt know how. Eventually I had to pay by card, while a line of people behind me waited unnecessarily. (This gift card ended up working just fine at a different subway) I also asked if they had more cookies than the 2 in the display shelf. She said no. Then after pointing towards the ovens shes like how many. I asked for 12 cookies and she said no. I could literally see them. Then I said how about 6 and she starts grabbing them. I then say if you're grabbing them from that shelf clearly there's enough to give me 12. She did not understand what I was saying and gave me 6. Also during the assembly I noticed the salt shaker was empty, yet she just pretended to use it anyway when clearly nothing was coming out. Food was okay at best. Sandwich came poorly wrapped with very minimal meat. Quite disappointed!

  Early in morning I visited there the guy who served me it was perfect and setisfied got great and tasty job visited againg in lunch time

  There have been multiple times i have been here and the servers are extremely rude. the most recent time was after a long day at work and sometimes it’s just another day where I can just enjoy a sandwich. I came in an hour before closing one time and they said "don't go that way, I just mopped it" i was at the register and simply was going to walk in a straight line to see what veggies to add to my sub. It was an inconvenience and i was asked in a very rude way. I understand if it was 30 minutes or less before closing but this was a whole hour and they needed the whole small dine in section cleaned at that time? I understand if it is the back but the dine in area is already so limited. And asking me not to step on their mopped floor is one thing but at least be nice about it. It still plays a part in customer service. Luckily they got their payback when some dude walked in and started walking everywhere but they were too scared to say anything to him or something.
