  Worst experience everrr !!! Clearly instructed with the veggies and sauces . Still got the worst tasting footlong . No sauces at all ? How do they even expect the footlong to taste without sauces (Even single one). Time : Around 9 Pm

  The trainee staff seemed to have no idea what was going on. I completely understand that everyone has to learn, and I have no issue with new employees. However, I would expect someone who has been hired to be able to answer a simple question or at least seek help right away. Instead, I was left standing there while they stared at me with a blank expression until a senior staff member eventually stepped in. Unfortunately, this is now the third time I've had this experience at this location. The franchise owner should ensure that new hires receive proper training and are prepared to provide basic customer service before working independently. Better hiring and training would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

  I had an amazing experience at this location! Shameen went completely above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were totally out of veggie soup and only had chicken available, but she offered to make a fresh batch just for me. She really didn’t have to do that, but she still took the time to prepare a fresh bowl of broccoli soup from scratch. Both of the staff members working were incredibly polite and actually listened to what customers needed. On top of the great service, the whole store was absolutely spotless, super clean, and everything was so organized. I’ll definitely be back!

  try to rip you off as much as possible. Used to come here everyday. Today I came they added extra cheese to my sandwiches without me asking and then told the cashier to add on price for extra cheese. Not coming here again.
