  Horrible experience, ordered pickup and they didn't start to make the food until we went in, which I wouldn't normally care if the food was good..... a couple of the items were completely inedible( churros and mexican waffle fries) The burritos were okay, but don't add fire roasted corn, because its just normal canned corn. For the money paid, I would never eat here, or probably and Mucho Burrito ever again. Tired of being burned on food

  We were there at 7:30pm had to wait for so long. Poor girl was working alone. So many customers in line plus uber and skip the dishes order. Was served after 8pm . More people waiting behind up.

  Got a burrito with chips and guac. Not worth the money honestly, rice was undercooked and crunchy, not even remotely enough protein. Chips were stale and im almost certain the guac was just mashed avocado, and too much salt and pepper. Very disappointing overall.

  I’ve been eating at Mucho Burrito for over 8 years and, until recently, I’ve never had an issue. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular Surrey location has been consistently frustrating. I order the exact same meal each time, yet I’ve noticed significant differences in what I’m charged. On some visits, the same meal costs around $16, while on other visits I’ve been charged around $22. 22$ for a bowl are u kidding me. Saying beef is premium doesn’t justify it. I understand that prices can vary depending on ingredients or add-ons, but when I’m ordering the same meal, I expect the pricing to be consistent and clearly explained. I’ve also found the portions, particularly the meat, to be very inconsistent. At times, the amount provided feels extremely small for what I’m paying. What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve politely brought up the pricing issue with the staff more than twice and tried to explain my concern, but I didn’t feel that my questions were properly addressed or that anyone made an effort to clarify the charges. I’ve been to other Mucho Burrito locations and have never experienced this issue, which is why I’m specifically disappointed with this location. At this point, I won’t be returning to this particular location. Paying around $22 for a bowl is difficult to justify when I can go to another location and pay less. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the consistency of pricing, portions, and customer service at this location.

  I ordered food for a small function yesterday and my guests all loved the food. I went in to place the order the day before and the girl who assisted me was so sweet and helpful. The food was delivered on time, the driver was so polite, and explained what was in each box. He also called back a few minutes after the delivery to confirm a few details which I really appreciated. The food was hot and delicious. The portions were very big. My family will definitely be ordering from them too. Thankyou for a wonderful experience:)
