  Good staff… but its just one guy, at noon, and there is a line of 7 people. Please HIRE MORE STAFF.

  I’m quite disappointed with my experience at Mucho Burrito in Surrey. Most of the serving containers were almost empty, even though there were still several hours left before closing. Instead of refilling them, the staff continued serving from nearly empty containers. The only exception was the rice, which they brought out warm from the kitchen. The portion sizes for everything other than rice were extremely small. By the time I ate my burrito bowl, it honestly felt like I was eating mostly rice. What was even more surprising was that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the server seemed to be in such a hurry while preparing the order. I’ve been to other Mucho Burrito locations, and the portion sizes have been noticeably different. I always assumed that as a chain restaurant, there would be some consistency in portion sizes across locations. Considering how much the prices have increased, it’s disappointing to see the portions getting smaller at the same time. I hope the management looks into maintaining consistent portions and improving the overall customer experience.

  Very disappointed with my Mucho Burrito order I ordered from uber eats. Several items that were supposed to be included in my burrito were completely missing, which made the meal feel incomplete and not worth the price I paid. I expected much better quality and attention to the order. Please make sure orders are checked properly before being handed to customers.
