  Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally placed an online order because the Subway app automatically retained this store from a previous order without clearly prompting me to confirm the location before checkout. I realized the mistake immediately and called the store to cancel the order, but the staff refused, saying the bread was already in the oven. I was told to call the manager the next morning. When I did, the manager also refused to cancel the order or offer any refund, even though the order was never picked up. This was a simple customer-service issue that could have been resolved directly by the store. Instead, I am now forced to file a complaint with Subway’s head office over a $12 order and the Subway Cash rewards that were used. It is particularly disappointing that a straightforward situation that could have been handled at the store level had to escalate this far. Very poor flexibility and customer service.

  One of the two ladies there were nice but the shorter one wasn't, asked for a little bit of hot sauce and put more in instead and barely put any of the other sauces in it, couldn't even taste anything but the hot sauce and little amount of flavor of the meat that was left

  Ordered online, when I got there they didn’t have what I ordered, I asked for a refund was told refunds weren’t possible.

  Honestly such a great experience! The food was fresh, everything was made exactly how I wanted, and the staff were super friendly and nice. Definitely one of the better Subway visits I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back!
