  Ordered online and by the time I left my hotel and got there, my food was waiting, even though they had a bit of a lineup. Made exactly to order. A little skimpy on the veggies even though I requested extra when I placed the order. The store was a little dirty when I walked in to pick up. Tables out of place made it look a little unorganized. Food was great though, and that's what I was there for!

  The lady working at the front was kind and ready to make your sub. I plan to go here everytime I go to whistler and that was the best sub I ever had. bread is fresh I've been to dozens of locations this is by far the best sub I've ever had she is amazing at making multiple subs at the same time Best subway location ever

  Subject: Food Safety and Handwashing Concern – Second Location same day After leaving another Subway location due to concerns about handwashing practices, I drove to a second Subway restaurant because I still wished to purchase a sandwich. Upon entering, I observed an employee stocking the beverage area and handling boxes on the floor. When she came to the front counter to serve me, I did not observe her wash her hands before preparing to handle food. I politely asked if she could wash her hands. In response, she pointed toward the customer washroom and stated that I could wash my hands there. I clarified that I was asking her to wash her hands because she would be preparing my food and putting on gloves. The request appeared to upset the employee. She then went to wash her hands; however, the handwashing process appeared very brief. I did not observe soap being used, although I acknowledge that I may not have had a clear view of the entire handwashing process. My concern is that the employee had been performing non-food-related tasks, including handling boxes and stocking products, immediately before serving customers. In my understanding, proper handwashing should occur after such tasks and before food preparation. What was particularly concerning to me was that this was the second Subway location I visited that day where I observed what I believed to be inadequate handwashing practices before food service. The similarity between the two experiences suggests that there may be a need for additional training or reinforcement of hand hygiene procedures. Due to both the food safety concerns and the employee's visible frustration when I requested handwashing, I do not intend to return to this location. I am submitting this complaint so that management can review and reinforce proper handwashing and food safety procedures with staff.
