  Subject: Food Safety and Handwashing Concern At approximately 3:00 p.m., june 16 th I entered the Subway location. At the time, I observed one employee changing garbage and another employee handling empty cardboard boxes in the back area. The employee who had been handling boxes immediately came to the front to serve me. Before proceeding, I asked her to wash her hands. I observed her briefly rinse her fingertips with water only, without using soap. She then turned off the faucet with her hands and dried them. I expressed my concern and advised that I did not believe this met proper handwashing standards. The employee stated that she had previously washed her hands before handling the boxes. I explained that, regardless of prior handwashing, employees should wash their hands again after handling boxes or performing other non-food-service tasks before serving customers. The employee maintained that she had washed her hands appropriately. However, based on what I personally observed, I did not feel confident that proper handwashing procedures had been followed. As a result, I chose not to place an order at that location and left to visit another Subway restaurant instead. I am submitting this complaint because food safety and proper hand hygiene are important public health practices, and I believe this situation warrants review and reinforcement of handwashing procedures with staff.

  I came subway downtown with my family on Sunday morning .. subway girl very rude her service very poor… her the way of talking very rude at front of my kids…I never be came on downtown subway location…

  Hello, I would like to make a complaint about my order today. We placed a pickup order at around 9:15 AM and were already inside the restaurant waiting. There were no other orders ahead of us, yet we were kept waiting. Instead of preparing the sandwiches fresh when we arrived, it seemed that the bread had been left aside, making it cold and dry. We also requested extra vegetables in both sandwiches (one fish sandwich and one egg sandwich), but there were barely any vegetables inside. The sandwiches did not reflect the customization we requested. In addition, the staff member's attitude was very unfriendly, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the quality of the food and the customer service were both below expectations. I hope this issue can be reviewed and addressed. Thank you.

  The girl who helped us with our order was very rude. She did not have a good attitude and the experience was awful! When asked for certain things in my order, she made faces and answered in a bad manner! Will never visit this subway outlet again!

  Great experience at Subway! Jasmine and Mani were very friendly, professional, and quick with service. They made my order perfectly and kept everything clean and organized. Really appreciate their positive attitude—will definitely come back!”
