  Exceptionally Poor Customer Service Visited this Subway on Sunday, September 6, around 6:30 PM with four friends. Despite the restaurant being virtually empty, the employee, Jasmine, was consistently discourteous, condescending, and unprofessional. She arbitrarily limited the sauce I requested and, after we purchased five footlong subs and one footlong nachos, responded to my polite request for additional napkins with, “Eat properly, I just cleaned the tables.” The remark was unnecessarily disrespectful and completely inappropriate for a customer-service environment. We had just returned from a hike, so our footwear was slightly dusty. Her visibly judgmental demeanor toward us, contrasted with her noticeably cordial treatment of other similarly dressed customers, was particularly troubling and left us feeling unfairly singled out. We remained composed and respectful throughout, yet the interaction remained unpleasant. This was easily one of the most discourteous fast-food experiences I have encountered. Management should seriously review the conduct and customer-service standards at this location.

  I was at this subway at Sunday sept 6 at 6:30PM either 4 of my other frnds and there was absolutely zero rush and no other customers when i was ordering and she was stilll so rude to me she dod not even add sauce that i ask only added 4 sauce and said i cant add more bcz i will not close it properly i still decided to order and after i completed the whole order of 5 footlong sub and one footlong nachos i simply and politely asked her for more napkins her reply was “eat properly i just cleaned the tables ” ( and she was still rude) one of my frnd saw when we entered the place she saw our shoes and really gave a bad expression we all where wearing proper decent shoes ( all where of a reputable brand ) its just we came from a hike ( water sprint lake ) so our shoes where little dirty ( not too dirty we wiped everything bfr sitting in our car so it dont get dirty ) and after that she was just judging all of us by our dirty shoe i guess and after that few white and asian ppl walked in they where also coming from a hike bcz there shoes and clothes were similar to us she treated them in a nice tone and was 0% rude to them while the employees her self was a Indian ( so am I ) and after we where done eating we went to her and we still respectfully and peacefully what her name she told me her name and after all i asked her can i talk to your manager she said yes and then i said ok i am waiting here for her to come she immediately said no you can now she is not here ( my frnds saw everything) and her name is Jasmine ( she was working there on sunday sept 6 at 6:30ish when we where there and we left at 7:30 she was still there, and she was as wearing glasses) ( if her manager is reading i am a guy who eats fast food at least once a day this was the worst experience i had i only expected someone talks to me normally not rudely or anything)

  Standing at this subway as i write this there is only one employee working in this town’s only two subway which is very very bust at all times. I am not happy with management this is employee exploitation and not fair for the employee to be doing 2 peoples job at the least she is now making 6th order that just dropped and more online orders coming and 3 people in the line. I am not rushing her just waiting but standing from last 25 minutes is getting me dizzy is this fair to customers and employees subway? I want managers email to have a talk.
