I got half of the veggies and meat, as If i was just eating bread and sauce. And i have been to other subways they're not like this one.
Please at least put subway recommended portions, i get that things are expensive but when someone is paying full price then they should get full meal. Otherwise put some discount in the end for missing veggies and meat.
Quality and service used to be amazing but has recently gone downhill with new staff not even able to understand the word lettuce from peppers. And skimping out on items even less then the menu advertises. Seems like lack of training possibly. Hopefully service improves in the future.
Skimpy on everything, they used to be generous, but since the renos, they've gotten skimpy...I guess some one has to pay for the renos. When you ask for more lettuce, or tomatos or even mayo, they give you the evil eye, and it's not even spread/placed evenly. Also, 2 foot long subs (old school subs - Spicy Italian and Italian BMT) now costs $26.......$26!!!!. Really, for smaller and thinner subs....come on Subway!!!!! It's sad that another location has gone skimpy. This location never used to be like that. Subway, you need to be and do better? Very dissappointed from a long time customer (20+ yrs) (Store and corporate will never read this let alone listen and respond.) too bad, it's sad.

I had a very disappointing experience at Subway because of the behavior of the manager, Mr. Shawn, and one of the employees. They were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
I politely asked them to spread the sauce properly on the sandwich, and the employee responded rudely by saying, “Come here and do it yourself.” After that, the manager said they could not serve me anymore because I was “adding too many things,” even though I was completely willing to pay for everything I requested.
What made the situation even worse was the way they spoke to my sisters. They were yelling and behaving aggressively, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing for my family. As an Indian customer, the way we were treated felt discriminatory and racist.
Customer service should be respectful regardless of a customer’s background. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant, and I hope Subway management takes this matter seriously and provides proper training to their staff on professionalism and respectful behavior toward customers.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway location. On May 13 around 7:45 PM, I simply asked for enough sauce on my sub. The employee, who said his name was Shawn (wearing glasses and a mask), responded rudely saying, “This is all I can put. If you want more, you can come inside and put it yourself.”
When I explained that we’ve been ordering Subway for years and know what “extra sauce” means, he continued with the same attitude instead of trying to help. Another employee nearby completely ignored the situation rather than stepping in professionally.
I then asked who the manager was, and Shawn claimed he was the manager, which honestly did not seem believable based on how the situation was handled. Things escalated to the point where we were told they would not serve us anymore — all over extra sauce.
Very disappointing customer service, unprofessional behavior, and a terrible way to treat customers. Subway franchises should seriously look into staff training and customer handling at this location.
The other guy is as responsible as the guy Shawn.
Also he the most important he already made one 6 inch which they decided to throw as if they own the store.
