  Very disappointing experience at Subway. I was charged tip without my permission, and no one asked me about it. I only noticed it later when I checked my receipt after reaching home. This is totally unfair behaviour. Tipping should always be optional and clearly communicated. Adding a tip without informing the customer is not acceptable and feels misleading. I hope the owner seriously looks into this issue and ensures this does not happen to other customers.

  Really disappointing experience. I wasn’t able to collect points during my visit, which was frustrating right from the start. On top of that, the pop machine only had about 3 out of 10 flavors actually working. What made it worse was the staff attitude, they weren’t very friendly or helpful. I was also told I couldn’t refill my drink, even though there’s no sign anywhere saying refills aren’t allowed. Overall, poor service and lack of basic maintenance. Definitely not coming back.
