I personally saw an online order heated up in the toaster and on the counter for 5mins and this was not because of being busy but staff playing and goofing in the back. I went to get the hotdog that they were advertising and the hotdog was dark brown and wasn’t even bending. Subway can try to boost the sales but until the staff will do the right thing they will not be successful
