  Very disappointing experience. I ordered what I usually get almost every day: the Great Canadian sandwich, but I asked to substitute the bacon for pepperoni because I don’t like bacon. The employee who wears glasses, who is always friendly and helpful, was happy to prepare it the way I requested. However, another employee began questioning her in front of me and, together with the manager, repeatedly insisted that the substitution wasn’t allowed. They made me feel as though I were asking for free food when I was simply requesting one ingredient instead of another and was willing to pay any price difference. When I asked why it was such a big deal, the manager responded in a condescending manner and told me three times that she was the manager, even though I had never asked. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. What bothered me wasn’t the ingredient policy itself, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way the situation was handled in front of me. As a regular paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I ordered two Spicy Italian sandwiches. As the employee was making them, I noticed she was using the wrong meat. When I questioned it, she rudely informed me that they don’t actually carry that specific sandwich—instead of telling me this before she started preparing the order.Furthermore, the portion size was noticeably small, with only five slices of meat. When I asked if it should have more meat, she aggressively replied, "Do you want it or not?"The staff showed zero customer service and completely unprofessional behavior. Long story short I'm not coming back there. Why is always have to be the same people. if I could I will give them less than one star. Shocking the only place with nobody buying anything now I know why

  The female employee who worked in the afternoon was quite rude. I do not give or receive any greetings. I feel like she don’t want to work.
