  I usually have lunch at other locations and I always order the same sandwich combo with the small box of 8 chocolate cookies. But when I ordered the same box of chocolate cookies at this location, one of the girl employees said that it was random between black and white chocolate and she laughed mocking me. I don’t know why THIS exact location changed that If I ONLY want the black chocolate cookies. Really bad customer service from the girls there.

  I ordered my power bowl with double meat, the person preparing the food did not add 2 full scoops of chicken for the meal. The purpose of paying more and having more chicken is to increase the protien however, it felt like the meal was lacking it. I also told the person that the chicken is not enough, however, they had the same standard response that they cant do anything about it. As I said I paid extra for chicken so I should have got 2 full scoops of chicken, however it was not the case. so m disappointed.
