  I visited this location on May 31, at 8:30 AM and had an extremely disappointing experience. The employee helping me was rude and impatient from the start. I was ordering for a friend and needed a moment to confirm their customizations, the store was completely empty, so there was no reason for her to be giving me attitude every time I needed a few seconds to answer. The last straw was when I asked her to help split and repackage my footlong into two halves. I had ordered through the app and forgot to leave a note, so I politely asked for help. Instead of assisting me, she handed me a piece of paper and told me to do it myself because it was “already prewrapped.” When I explained that my hands were dirty, she refused and told me to “write a note next time.” She then pushed the wrapping to me and proceed to walk away. This was completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially in an empty store over a simple request. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  I'd like to apologize for arriving at 11:25pm when they close at midnight and taking longer than 1 minute to decide what to order. I feel terrible for the girl who was in such a rush to close up that she had to say "sorry we are closing so I need you to order". Nobody else was there and this was 30 mins before they supposedly closed. I got my sandwich by 11:32 and had time to finish half my sandwich drive home and write this review... And it's still only 11:43pm. Oh my goodness I caused her to only have 25 minutes to close up before the stores actual closing hour. I'm so sorry. I rushed to make sure I got there with enough time but I was wrong, I guess I totally deserved to be treated like she was doing me a favour for being there 30 mins before closing. I can't believe I was soooooo inconsiderate. I'll try to get there at 11:00pm next time... Or maybe if the people working at this place doesn't want to stay until the actual closing time, they should just not be open til midnight. If they don't want the business at that time just let us know and I can go somewhere else....

  The workers were very rude and I got a water cup and filled it with water and she still charged me 3 bucks because I all shared it with my friends. If the boss is reading this please fire all your workers and get new ones.
