  The subway Italian herb and cheese bread was amazing and perfectly toasted I also got tomato sauce and cucumber in it it was good but the service was ok like I would tell her something and she would ignore me which is ok but I have to repeat.

  WORST SUBWAY LOCATION EVER!!!! The people working there are SUPER rude and give off bad vibes and just have a BAD attitude! Like if u don't like your job then just leave! Service sucks. And this is NO JOKE, last time I came, one of the rude ladies CUT HER SELF with a KNIFE by accident, I saw her cutting open bread and she was just randomly looking around while she was cutting the bread and she ended up cutting her finger or something, and I saw QUITE A BIT OF BLOOD GO ON THE KNIFE, THE COUNTER, AND I THINK EVEN IN THE LETTUCE AND OTHER STUFF, IT GROSSED ME OUT SO MUCH IT'S SUPER DISGUSTING AND I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION EVER AGAIN! They should honestly SHUT DOWN this SUBWAY and open up a bubble tea joint or even EB Games if ya'll are okay with opening an EB Games even though there is already one in CF Richmond Centre.

  Very rude behaviour from blue tshirt girl totally say no to me about washroom I asked washroom first then I wanna give order to her she say no public washroom then I told her I have to order after washroom then she says no she is very rude no politely manners towards the customer and her shift currently continues time is now 12:47 pm August 1st 2026
