  I don’t understand how you can be open until 9pm, but close your “dining” area at 5pm? I understand there’s people in the area that come in and try sleep. But this is BS if the staff just doesn’t want to clean, which I see is becoming the norm in a lot of fast food dining.

  Absolutely disappointed with this location. I ordered from Victoria St. in Prince George twice within the last month, and both experiences were terrible. The first order was completely wrong, and when I tried to get help, nobody responded. My emails were ignored, my calls were ignored, and even my attempts to leave feedback were not acknowledged. I decided to give them a second chance, and somehow the experience was even worse. My order was cancelled, and the store tried to blame DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash myself, and they confirmed that the store was the one who cancelled the order — not DoorDash. When I called the manager to ask what happened, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of explaining the situation or taking responsibility, I was blamed and given excuses. A business cannot expect customers to keep coming back when there is no communication, no accountability, and no respect. After two issues in one month, I will not be ordering from this location again.
